For the Universe rarely speaks loudly and clearly
But it speaks all the time if you listen sincerely.

SUMMARY:

Every once in a while, someone will walk up to you out of nowhere and say "Here is the answer to the question you have been asking" and then walk away, never to be seen again.  This is the Universe speaking loudly and clearly.  It doesn't usually happen that way though.  However, you are always being presented with the solutions to your problems, you just have to be more careful to look for the messages, and be able to interpret them when you see them.
