Yang feels like anger you feel in your chest.
It jumps to the hand and for quick work is best.

SUMMARY:

Think of something that makes you angry.  Focus on it until you feel it tingling in your chest like an animal wanting to lash out.  That feeling is the energy Yang.  It is important to say that Yang is not anger.  Rather, anger is one of the emotions that stimulates your Yang energy into motion.  As it is pretty easy for just about anyone to get angry, I chose this exercise as the simplest way to expose you to what Yang energy feels like.  Once you can stir your Yang energy to the point where you can feel it, start working with it.  Try to move the energy from your chest to your hands.  Try to move it to your feet.  Try to stir it without using anger as your catalyst.  Play with it, learn how it feels, how to move it around.  Try to project it from your palm like a comic book character would shoot out a blast of energy.  Try to feel it in the environment around you.
